How to synchronize your songs with Apple iPad

It is no longer necessary to depend on iTunes for synchronization of sheet music files. Scorecerer Desktop 1.0 and Scorecerer for iPad 2.0 can now synchronize sheet music files directly over your LAN. This mechanism is particularly convenient for users with a large number of sheet music files. The procedure can be found here.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR WINDOWS USERS: If you are having trouble syncing with your iPad - the most likely reason is the firewall on your Windows computer. You may need to temporarily disable or even uninstall your software firewall and try to sync again. Once sync is working with your firewall off - please contact your firewall manufacturer and ask them how to allow Scorecerer to run as a server.
